Symptoms


When attempting to submitting the charges, the following errors occur.

ERRORs
-----------------------
ORA-01086: savepoint 'CREATE_CUST_ACCT_RELATIONSHIP_PVT' never established in this session or is invalid.
Error returned in ASO_CHECK_TCA_PVT.CUST_ACCT_RELATIONSHIP.

You cannot update column customer_reciprocal_flag.

OR


You cannot update column customer_reciprocal_flag.
Error returned in ASO_CHECK_TCA_PVT.CUST_ACCT_RELATIONSHIP.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Field Service User
2. Open Service Request (number 8933508)
3. Submit charges
