In the Historical Rates page, when a user tries to create a historical rate spreadsheet by selecting Create in Spreadsheet the following error is encountered in the page:

The Historical Rates Web-Adi Create Blank Spreadsheet function is not available under the <responsibility name> responsibility.

Steps:

1.  Using a General Ledger responsibility, navigate to Currencies-->Historical Rates.

2. Select the ledger and then select Actions-->Create in Spreadsheet and click 'Go'.
