Symptoms


When attempting to load files using Import and Load HCM Cloud Data File for Payroll Integration,
the following warning occurs.

ERROR: Process :PER_RI_B_IMPORT_HR_DATA failed.
ERROR: Exception occured during Getting file from Server
ERROR: Error executing class method :com.jcraft.jsch.Session.connect
Caused by :Algorithm negotiation fail

 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps

1. Choose the responsibility HCM Cloud Integration Administrator.

2. Run the process Import and Load HCM Cloud Data File.

3.Check the logs
