EBS OAM Cloud standby not connecting with EBS Cloud manager
ERROR

Error in oam_server1.out file:
java.lang.Exception: response code = 500
at oracle.apps.fnd.oam.cloud.dr.util.UserCredentials.getBearerToken(UserCredentials.java:82)
at oracle.apps.fnd.oam.cloud.dr.util.UserProfile.getCMUserProfile(UserProfile.java:68)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps
Login as sysadmin -> System Administrator ->OAM -> Cloud Standby -> Edit Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Account -> Validate
