Symptoms

When submitting the EPS (Employer Payment Summary) data in RTI (Real Time Information) the following error is received:
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
   1. Under UK HRMS Responsibility or equivalent.
   2. Navigate to Other Definitions > Real Time Information > Employer Payment Summary.
   3. In the EPS Search page  search populate the Effective date > Click on 'Go'.
   4. Notice the record  with status as 'Saved' > Click on 'Update'.
   5. Page 'Update - Employer Payment Summary Record' is open > Click on 'Submit'.
   6. Notice the warning message: 'Your action will submit the EPS Record .Would you like to proceed ?'.
   7. Click on 'Yes' to the warning message > The error message appears.
