Last updated on JULY 26, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Mobile Field Service - Version 12.2.9 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

While creating a Personal Task in MFS(Mobile Field Service), when trying to add Effort time in decimal (example 2.5 hours) the system is not allowing to add decimal values. Also, when alternatively trying to add Scheduled End Time so that the effort time is calculated as per the start and end time, when tapping on the Scheduled End Time icon it is not responding.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Mobile Field Service app.
2. Go to Personal Task.
3. Try to change the planned effort to 2.5 hours.
4. Try to change the scheduled end date.
