Default Reporting Country Name Is Null in Tax Profile When an Existing Tax Registration Is Marked As Default (Doc ID 3036575.1)

Symptoms

When an existing Tax Registration is marked as Default, the Default Reporting Country Name is not populated in the corresponding field.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

 

Responsibility: Receivables

Navigation: Create/Maintain Customers > Tax Profile > Tax Registrations

1. Click on Update for an existing Tax Registration

2. Check Set as Default Box 

3. Save and Apply

4. Re-query customer and notice that Default Reporting Country Name is not populated for the default registration.

Navigation: Party Tax Profiles > Tax Registrations

1. Click on Update for an existing Tax Registration

2. Check Set as Default Box

3. Save and Apply
