Symptoms

When searching claims through personalize with customer reference, duplicate claims are displayed in claim dashboard

Steps:

1. Navigate to Oracle Trade Management User > Claim
2. Click on the Personalize
3. Create the new view for customer reference
4. search with customer reference number
5. Apply and view the results
