Importing Cost Management Data for Multiple Periods Creates the Batch Name as a Duplicate Value Across Different Periods (Doc ID 3037380.1)

Symptoms

The users attempt to import Cost Management data for multiple periods at once. Observe the Journal Batch Names imported as duplicate values across different periods. In 12.1, the Batches were marked ('1', '2', etc) to differentiate the data for each period. 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Oracle General Ledger Responsibility> Journals > Find
2. Search for Cost Management imported batches
3. Observe the same Batch Name repeated across multiple periods

Note: the same issue may affect other sources allowing to transfer data for multiple periods at once, not just Cost Management.
