Indefinite Delivery Vehicles (IDVs) - Choosing View Modifications Is not Retrieving the Modifications (Doc ID 3037662.1)

Symptoms

When viewing Indefinite Delivery Vehicles (IDVs) - and then choosing the 'View Modifications' selection from the drop down, 
the action is not retrieving the actual modifications, no data is being retrieved. 

Error:
No errors, just no modifications being fetched.

Replication Steps:
1. Login to the application and select the CLM Purchasing responsibility
2. Navigate - Buyer Work Center - Indefinite Delivery Vehicles (IDVs)
3. Utilize the search to locate a Indefinite Delivery Vehicles (IDVs) that is having modifications created
4. Select the Indefinite Delivery Vehicles (IDVs)
5. From the drop down choose the 'View Modifications' action
6. The Modifications page is opened, however no records are found (although modifications do exist)
