ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After submitting iexpenses or PO approval email, customer waiting for more than 2 hours or 1 day to receive approval email. 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Approval email should be recieved immediately

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 submit iexpenses or PO approval email
