Symptoms
When trying to approve the open invoice approval notifications after the instance upgrade, user is not able to find the notification for approving the same.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Payable Responsibility.
2. Query for the invoice and check the approval status present in the invoice workbench.
3. The status shows as Initiated, but user is not able to find the notification to approve it.
Changes
Upgraded the instance from 12.1.3 to 12.2.12.
