Symptoms

 Invoice workbench form opens in no time. However it takes really long time to open lines or distributions tabs on invoice workbench form. It is expected that Lines and Distributions are opened as soon as user clicks on them.

==Steps To Reproduce ===

1. Navigation: Payables Manager Responsibility->Invoices->Enter
2. Query or enter the invoice
3. Click on Lines or Distributions Tab
