ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to create a work confirmation by clicking on the Next button without selecting a pay item line, the following error is displayed:

Please select a pay item before taking an action.

STEPS
--------

1. Navigate to iProcurement Responsibility.

2. Select a requisition from My Requisitions, or search and select a requisition from the requisition search.

3. Click on the purchase order number link.

4. Select Create Work Confirmation from the Action List of Values (LOV) and click Go. From the Create Work Confirmation (Complex PO: ##), note that the pay items' line select checkbox is disabled (grey out).

5. Click on the Next button.  The error message is displayed because the line could not be selected and the user moved forward by clicking on the Next button, resulting in the error message.
