Enterprise Command Centers Not Showing After Setting Up Role Based Access Control (RBAC) With UMX_ECC_RBACAuto.sh Script (Doc ID 3038455.1)

Symptoms

After Enterprise Command Center as a new implementation across eBusiness Suite(EBS), not shows any of command centers in any products even though running UMX_ECC_RBACAuto.sh for several times and can see the grants exists. Script completed with success.

Issue is seen for all apps and responsibilities being used. ECC analyzer shows many issues including missing patches.


Step to reproduce the behavior:

   1. Perform Fresh ECC v11 or v12 installation by following (Doc ID 2495053.1)
   2. Complete Integrate ECC with EBS step
   3. Run patchECCFiles.pl script from EBS host to import Enterprise Command Center Application
   4. Create a comma-separated values (.csv) file that specifies the permission sets, responsibilities, and roles that you want to associate together.
   5. Execute UMX_ECC_RBACAuto.sh script
