Return from Break (RB) Record Is Not Reported in the Extract Results Detail Form After Running the PenServer Interface Process for the Month of Returning from Maternity (Doc ID 3038595.1)

Symptoms

After running the PenServer Interface Process for the month of returning from maternity it has been observed that the Return from Break (RB) record is not reported in the Extract Results Detail form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'PenServer Interface Process' for the month of returning to work from maternity.
3. Navigate to Mass Information eXchange: MIX > System Extract > Extract Results.
4. Query for "PQP GB PenServer Periodic Changes Interface - Service History" extract name for the above run.
5. Click on Detail > Observe that the employee is processed, but the Return from Break (RB) record is not reported in Extract Results Detail form.
