When selecting the "Create Order" link in the G-Invoicing dashboard the following error is encountered on the page:

You do not have permissions to Manage Seller Facilitated Order. Contact your system administrator.

NOTE: Function security patch:35060813:R12.PA.C has been applied.

Steps:
1. Using a Projects responsibility navigate to the Projects Command Center.
2. Select the G-Invoicing tab.
3. On the GT&C tab click the "Create Order" link.
