Symptoms

Unable to format PPR

 

Format Payment Instructions with Text Output shows the following error:

oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XPathException: Cannot convert XXXXXXXXXXX to number.

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into Oracle Applications using a Payments responsibility.
  2. Open the "Payments Dashboard"
    (N) Payments > Home
  3. Submit a new Payment Process Request (PPR)
