When running Participation Process: Absence, the log has the below error for few employees.

Steps -

1. Navigate to XX Super HRMS Manager responsibility.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports.
3. Select Single Request.
4. Submit Participation Process: Absence with the appropriate parameters.
5. Notice that the log has the above error for few employees.
