Status Details And Change Reason In Application Assessment Section Of Candidate Profile Page Displays Error "You have Encountered An Unexpected Error" (Doc ID 3038884.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view Status Details and Change reason section for a hired candidate, the following error is displayed

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.


Steps:

1. Navigate to iRecruitment View Applicants page.
2. Filter by Current Applicant and Hired Applicant.
3. Click on the Applicant Name Br******, Sh****** T.
4. In the Candidate profile page, scroll down to the Application Assessment section and click on More hyperlink.
5. Change Application Status from Active to All.
6. Two applications get listed.
7. Scroll down to the Status Details and Change reason section.
8. Error is displayed.
