Symptoms

Data file upload to create timecard for a seeded Projects layout or seeded Projects-Purchasing layout results in the below error(s).

Steps:
-------
1. Login to concerned Time entry responsibility

2. Navigate to Time Upload Standard Menu

3. Download the data file

4. Enter and map the details

5. Upload the file

6. See the error
