Symptoms
When attempting to open an OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) notification, the following error occurs or a performance issue can be seen on the Worklist notification page:
504 Gateway timeout
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in the application.
2. Go to Worklist notification page.
3. Try to open an OTL notification.
4. Observe that usually it gives 504 Gateway timeout or it takes few minutes to open.
Changes
Upgrade to 12.2.12 release.
