Human Resource Command Center Home (PER_ECC_HOME) Dashboard Is Not Showing Any Data (Doc ID 3040386.1)

Symptoms

When opening Human Resource Command Center Home (PER_ECC_HOME) page, the data is not displayed on the dashboard, even PER_ECC_PEOPLE_V view returns records.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using HRMS Manager responsibility.

2. Navigate to Human Resource Command Center Home (PER_ECC_HOME) dashboard.

3. Dashboard page loading.

4. No data to display on People, Compare and Analytics tabs; Person Metrics shows 0 records.

5. Log in SQL and run the below query:


6. PER_ECC_PEOPLE_V view returns data.
