Symptoms
Transaction Type was originally created with Printing Option = Do Not Print by mistake.
Credit Memos were created using the Transaction Type.
Then the Transaction type was updated with Printing Option = Print.
New Credit Memos created after this change are able to be printed, but the Credit Memos created before this change cannot print.
STEPS TAKEN:

Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation:
1. Transactions > Transactions
Create credit Memo with selected transaction type
2. Setup > Transactions > Transaction Types
Query the transaction type and enable print option.
3. From Concurrent Request, run print program ‘Invoice Print Selected Invoices'
The credit memos created before the transaction type change will not print
