Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version

When attempting to discover the E-Business Suite instance in E-Business Suite Cloud manager it is failing with the following error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. In Oracle E-Business Suite Cloud Manager, click the Navigator icon, select Administration, and then select Discovery.
  2. In the Discovery Requests page, click Submit Discovery Request.
  3. In the Submit Discovery Request window, enter the details by referring the below document.

Changes

 E-Business Suite Database upgraded from 11.2.0.4 to 19.21.0.0.0
