On : 12.1.3 version
When attempting to discover the E-Business Suite instance in E-Business Suite Cloud manager it is failing with the following error.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- In Oracle E-Business Suite Cloud Manager, click the Navigator icon, select Administration, and then select Discovery.
- In the Discovery Requests page, click Submit Discovery Request.

In the Submit Discovery Request window, enter the details by referring the below document.
