Symptoms
When trying to Award an RFQ in Oracle Sourcing using the Award By Line option the user sees error:
"Request Entity Too Large"".
STEPS
-----------------------
1) Open Oracle Sourcing Responsibility
2) In lower region of the page choose the RFQ hyperlink
3) Choose an RFQ to Award
4) Use the Award By Line option and error occurs
