How to load and initiate Actual item costs using OPM Costing APIs ?

You would like to run your first Actual Costing process in April 2007. 

Note that this means that the initial Costs and onhand quantities must be entered in the Period BEFORE that of the first transaction to be Actual Costed - in this case in March 2007
