Symptoms

When attempting to enter DeKalb County related address using Self-Service, the following error occurs

ORA-20001 Either the state or county is incorrect. Check that you have the correct state and county.


Steps to reproduce -

1. Navigate to Employee Self-Service responsibility > Personal Information.
2. Click on Address.
3. Enter the address given below.

Street Address : 12345
City: Smithville,
State: TN
Zip: 37166
County: DeKalb

4. Error occurs.
