Symptoms
When attempting to run Payroll ECC Data Load concurrent program, the following error occurs.
Invalid state: Trying to run data load for a dataset that seems to be empty. Full load (with reset) must run before running any incremental load flow. Steps to reproduce -
1. Navigate to XX Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports.
3. Select Single Request.
4. Run Payroll ECC Data Load with below parameters.
Load type - Full Load
Data set - All
Log Level - Error
Payroll Name - Enter appropriate value
Reset Data - False
5. It will complete in error.
6. Review the log and it will have the above error.
