Symptoms

Enterprise Command Center (ECC) Dashboards show a blank page when accessed on Microsoft Edge Browser on ECC V10 and later versions.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Setup Enterprise Command Center (ECC V10) or later using install document 2495053.1
2. Integrate ECC with E-Business Suite (EBS)
3. Open Microsoft Edge browser and access ECC dashboard by clicking on ECC Developer to see if ECC loads
