Symptoms
Unable to Add items to an Off Invoice Offer in Oracle Trade Management
While adding the items, the List Of Values shows the item details, but on selecting the item from the LOV, it does not gets populated on the Offer Page.

Issue observed for certain items on an offer
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Oracle Trade Management responsibility
3. Navigate to Offer page
4.Query for the Offer and navigate to Products Tab, select Type as 'Item Number'.
Search for any one of the problematic item ,Select it from the LOV.
After selecting the item, issue occurs as its not being displayed on the web-page.
