State Periodic Wage Listing (Enhanced), for the State of South Carolina, has Multiple Employees Listed in the Error Report .a02 file (Doc ID 3045543.1)

Symptoms

1.  Using the US SUPER HRMS Responsibility or Equivalent.

2.  The Payroll User submits the Concurrent Program (CP) > State Periodic Wage Listing (Enhanced).

3.  To Submit the CP > Navigates to Process and Reports > Submit Process and Reports > Single Request > State Periodic Wage Listing (Enhanced) (SPWL).

4.  Once the Concurrent Program is complete:  Navigate to View > Payroll Process Results > query in the Action Type of Magnetic_report > End of Quarter Date > Name > South Carolina-SPWL > click on the OUTPUT tab > locate the .a02 file.

5.  Review the .a02 report with nine (9) employees are listed, but none of the employee's have a negative State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) dollar amounts listed.

6.  "Number of Hours Worked" field at positions 342-344 for this employee exceeds 2 digits as reported on the .a02 report.

7.  If no negative SUI dollar values, Payroll Users do not expect to see employee's listed on the .a02 report for the SPWL

8.  The nine (9) employees are excluded from the reporting in the .mf which is sent to the State of South Carolina for reporting purposes.
