Create Periodic Distribution Receiving Transaction Accounting Is Wrong (Doc ID 3045858.1)

Symptoms

Receiving Inventory Account generates different amount between the receiving and delivery transactions making the balance of account not equal to 0 in PAC. The value should be same to knock of RI balance

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Cost Management Responsibility
  2. Periodic Costing -- Transactions -- Material and Receiving
  3. Query the problematic PO Delivery transactions
