Symptoms
When trying to sweep at closing any period in Payable, the following error is displayed:
APP-SQLAP-10000: ORA-20100: ORA-20100: ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P000 ORA-01460: unimplemented or unreasonable conversion
requested
ORA-29282: invalid file ID
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_FILE", line 878
ORA-20001: APP-SQLAP-10000: ORA-20100: ORA-20100: ORA-00604:
error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P000

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payable Responsibility
Accounting > Control Payables Periods;
2. Navigate to desired period > Close;
3. Save and ok;
4. See Exception activated > Click;
5. Choose Sweep;
6. The mentioned error is displayed.
