Using Purchasing - the Global Descriptive Flexfield gives an Error when trying to open it at the Header level of the Purchase Order

Replication Steps:
1. Choose the Purchasing Responsibility
2. Navigate to the Buyer Work Center and choose the Orders tab
3. Use the search to find and query the purchase order
4. Upon clicking on the Descriptive Flexfield at the header level - error is received

Error:
APP-FND-00699: The value "FV.US.AWARD" in the context field "Context Value" is invalid in the descriptive flexfield "JG_PO_HEADERS". Please choose a valid value.

Additional information:
Valid values are restricted by the WHERE clause
"WHERE ... AND DESCRIPTIVE_FLEX_CONTEXT_CODE LIKE '%FV.POXPOEPO.US%' ...".
This WHERE clause is derived from the CONTEXT_LIKE argument in the flexfield call of this form.
