Retro Entries with Negative Pay Value Are Created in Element Entries Form (PAYWSMEE) after Running Retropay (Enhanced) Process (Doc ID 3047588.1)

Symptoms

After running Retropay (Enhanced), when checking the Element Entries form for assignment(s) it was found that there are unexpected retro element entries with negative pay value.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Under HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run:
  - Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF process;
  - Retropay (Enhanced) process.
3. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for employee > Assignment > Entries.
4. Observe multiple retro element entries with negative pay value.
