R12: AP: Geography Name LOV is NULL in Tax Configuration: Tax Jurisdictions (Doc ID 3047626.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to select the new value in Tax Jurisdiction: Geography Name LOV (List of Values).
Created value in Tax Configuration: Taxes is not being listed in the Geography Name LOV.

Upon clicking on the [Go] button in the "Geography Name LOV", the user gets the result: "No items found"
But, the expected result with the new value created does not appear.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Using a Payables Responsibility
2. Navigate to: Tax Set up OAF page
3. Tax configuration > Tax jurisdiction > Create Tax jurisdiction
4. Enter the Geography name
5. No results are coming up after the query in the LOV for the new value
