When the last supervisor in the approval process approves the reversal journal, it takes significantly more time than the rest of the approvers and it keeps the user waiting on the screen.

The performance problem is specific to: "GL", "GLBATCH" workflow items and particularly for reversal journals.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Go to "General Ledger Responsibility -> Journals -> Enter";
2. In the "Find Journals" window, enter the posted batch name and press on "Find" button;
3. In the "Enter Journals" window, select the posted batch and press "Reverse Batch" button;
4. In the "Default Reversal Period" window, select the reversal period and click on "OK" button;
5. Go back into "Enter Journals" window, and search for the newly created journal batch then click on the "Approve" button in order to start the approval workflow;
6. Log-in into the E-Business Suite application as the first approver, open the notification in the "Worklist" and approve the journal batch;
7. Notice that this process takes several seconds;
8. Log-in into the E-Business Suite application as the last approver, open the notification in the "Worklist" and approve the journal batch;
9. Notice that this process takes several minutes and it is significantly slower.
