Oracle Online Help Returns "Topic Not Found" After Patching with TLS (Doc ID 3048818.1)

Symptoms

On EBS 12.2.x, after applying TXK 15+ when accessing Help in an TLS (https://) enabled environment accessing help gives the following error

"Topic Not Found"

 

 

Changes

 Applied AD TXK 15+ which provided $FND_TOP/admin/template/afwebprf.sql version 120.36.12020000.7 or higher
