Symptoms

 In 12.2.13 instance when a lease is extended and a one time negative term is added with retro ACD, calculations is not correct. ASC842 Amortization balance is not ending in zero for one time payment term in Lease Detail Report

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Application 12.2.13
2. Property Manager Responsibility
3. Query the lease and extend and add a one time negative term with retro ACD
   PN > Lease and Documents > Main Lease > Enter Lease and Documents
