Symptoms

The concurrent request "Transfer Time from OTL to BEE"  is going into Error.

PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'TRANSFER_TO_HR_PAYROLL'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OTL Application developer Responsibility
2. View > Submit Request
3. Transfer Time from OTL to BEE


Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.12
