When trying to assign a previously defined Exemption Letter to the LDFF 'CLE: Additional Info On Invoice Lines for Italy' in AP invoice or in AR transaction, following error is encountered:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Italian AP/AR Localizations responsibility:
2. Create an Exemption Letter for a specific supplier
3. Create an Invoice Header and Line
4. From the 'Actions' menu choose 'CLE: Additional Info On Invoice Lines for Italy'
5. For the Context Value 'CLE: Additional Info On Invoice Lines for Italy', open the LOV of the field 'Exemption Letter Num'
6. Receiving the error "No entries found for List of Values"
