Incorrect Value for Earnings Contributions Is Displayed in the Extract Results Detail Form for Employee(s) with Transition from Alpha to Partnership Pension Scheme After Running the PenServer Interface Process

Symptoms
After running the "PenServer Interface Process", it has been observed that the Earnings Contributions value is incorrect in the Extract Results Detail Form for employee(s) with transition from Alpha to Partnership pension scheme.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under UK HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for Employee > Assignment > Change pension scheme from "Alpha" to "Partnership" on the first day of the month (for example 1-August-2024).
3. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for above employee > Assignment > Others > Quickpay > Run Quickpay for relevant payroll period (for example August 2024).
4. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'PenServer Interface Process' with Interface file = 'Payment History' and relevant Effective Date (for example as of 31-August 2024).
5. Navigate to Mass Information eXchange: MIX > System Extract > Extract Results > Query for "PQP GB PenServer Standard Interface - Payment History" - generated from the above run.
6. Click on Detail > Observe Earnings Contributions value is wrong (field: PQP GB PenServer EARNINGS Contributions - Earnings History).
