Symptoms

Following error occurs while transacting move order.

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-INV-05081: Quantity to be transacted exceeds available to transact. Please re-enter.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
1. Login to e-business suite and select Inventory responsibility.
2. Navigation: Move orders->Transact move orders > Search with Move Order
3. Try to transact move order and get above error.
