Error "LPN quantity greater than allowable transactable quantity" Appears When Dropping a Parent LPN In Subinventory That Does Not Allow Reservations

Symptoms
Dropping a parent LPN into a subinventory that does not allow reservations, gives the error "LPN quantity greater than allowable transactable quantity". But the same LPN can be dropped in a subinventory that allows reservations.
Steps:
1. Login to Mobile Applications
2. Choose Whse Mgmt Responsibility
3. Navigate to Tasks > Directed Tasks > Directed Move > Move any LPN
4. Choose the desired Organization
5. Enter the Parent LPN and (non-reservable) sub-inventory
6. Hit Drop
7. Get the Error as stated
