Symptoms
While editing timecards which were approved and transferred to OTLR before applying Patch 35672406- 12.2 HRMS RUP18 (R12.HR_PF.C.DELTA.18) we are getting the following error.

The OTLR error is: &ERROR. ERROR&This IN time and OUT time overlaps another entry.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Apply Patch 35672406- 12.2 HRMS RUP18 (R12.HR_PF.C.DELTA.18)
2. Login with Responsibility Self Service Time
3. Navigate to Recent Timecard
4. Try editing a Self-Service timecard which is already transferred to OTLR where current values are Time In-1330, Time Out-1430, Date Worked-DD-MON-YYYY and trying to modify the Time Out to 1435. Receive error
