While accessing "View Purchase Order Details" link is clicked during a PO Change Request, following error occurs

Purchase Order Details are not available

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Purchasing responsibility and navigate to Buyer Work Center
2. Select the PO and then Respond to Change Request
3. Select Orders Tab
4. Look for the purchase order number
5. Click "View Purchase Order Details" link
6. Error "Purchase Order Details are not available" is shown
