After Applying Patch:35408572,"JP Year End Adjustment" Is Failed With ORA-20001 (Doc ID 3050601.1)

Symptoms

After applying Patch 35408572, Concurrent Program "JP Year End Adjustment" is failed with the following message

HR_6881_HRPROC_ORA_ERR SQLERRMC ORA-20001:Too many rows returned for TO_CHAR at line 263 of YEA_ITX.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
   The target employees is which annual income does not exceed 10 million yen

  1.  Entry the following Element Entry
        - Com_ Basic_ Dependent Exemption
    - Year_ Adjustment Information
    Salary Income:Enter value which total annual income exceeds 10 million yen value

  2.  Run Concurrent Request "JP Year End Adjustment"
     
  3.  Check the Payroll Run Result on Employee Assignment Processes Forms.
