Symptoms

Item field List Of Values(LOV) is displaying two description columns. This is occurring in all the forms where ever the item field is being used.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory > Move order > Move order
2. Click on Item field LOV
3. Observe that two description columns are exists
