Fusion to EBS Payroll Integration: Cannot Import/Load Absences Via Worker File - No Objects Show as Pending (Doc ID 3051102.1)

Symptoms

When importing a Fusion Worker Extract containing absence details, the file successfully shows as imported and loaded however no absence details get updated to EBS.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. FUSION: Create Worker Extract

2. EBS: HCM Cloud Integration Administrator > Import File > Load File. 

3. Check if anything is processed in the logs or if any new absence information exists in EBS.
